As a customer success manager your sole goal is to ensure our customers have a great experience and
to increase client retention. You're work will be gauged on decreases in our churn rate. We are not
looking for a go through the motions support person. We want a marketing expert who can truly help
and coach our customers to success and guide them to upgrade/invest more in the Market Hero system.
You will also be given the vital responsiblity of improving the customer experience as a whole and
will be expected to find creative ways to improve the customers experiences and retention
WHAT YOUR DAY COULD CONSIST OF:
Contacting and welcoming new clients and guiding them on how to best use Market Hero
Helping new customers with marketing strategies to ensure they find value in the software
Conducting live training multiple times a week and doing on boarding classes .
Educating yourself on email marketing and lead generation tactics so that you can go above and beyond when helping our clients
Identifying problems that customers are having and finding ways to improve client retention and upgrading.
WHAT IS NEEDED:
Past experience in customer success,training and customer support
Knowledge and a genuine interest of email marketing, marketing automation, & marketing in general
Being able to comfortably manage multiple phone calls, emails, and customer issues every day
An understanding of improving churn and customer retention as well as a genuine care for customers success
Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
