As a customer success manager your sole goal is to ensure our customers have a great experience and to increase client retention. You're work will be gauged on decreases in our churn rate. We are not looking for a go through the motions support person. We want a marketing expert who can truly help and coach our customers to success and guide them to upgrade/invest more in the Market Hero system. You will also be given the vital responsiblity of improving the customer experience as a whole and will be expected to find creative ways to improve the customers experiences and retention .
WHAT YOUR DAY COULD CONSIST OF:
• Contacting and welcoming new clients and guiding them on how to best use Market Hero
• Helping new customers with marketing strategies to ensure they find value in the software
• Conducting live training multiple times a week and doing on boarding classes .
• Educating yourself on email marketing and lead generation tactics so that you can go above and beyond when helping our clients
• Identifying problems that customers are having and finding ways to improve client retention and upgrading.
WHAT IS NEEDED:
• Past experience in customer success,training and customer support
• Knowledge and a genuine interest of email marketing, marketing automation, & marketing in general
• Being able to comfortably manage multiple phone calls, emails, and customer issues every day
• An understanding of improving churn and customer retention as well as a genuine care for customers success
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
