As a tech and customer support member your job will be to go above and beyond when it comes to
solving ANY of our customers problems. By any, we mean ANY. If a customer calls up and needs
directions to his local WalMart expect you to help them. You will also work hand and hand with our
team to solve recurring problems and create FAQs to help speed up customer support.
WHAT YOUR DAY COULD CONSIST OF:
Waking up in an awesome happy mood and passing this happy mood to even our grumpiest of customers.
Proactively finding ways to help our customers with small, big, or even strange issues.
Identifying bugs and recurring problems and submitting them to our team to be fixed.
Helping customers upgrade their accounts and understand the platform.
WHAT IS NEEDED:
An amazing almost annoyingly positive attitude
The ability to solve new problems creatively and proactively without help
A warm and welcoming phone voice.
Experience with live chat and other customer support systems
The ability to efficiently respond to a significant number of emails and phone calls per day
A self-motivated and driven attitude where you will work towards achieving new goals (with a focus on retention and account growth)
Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
